Exploring what it means to live powerfully.
Exploring what it means to live powerfully.
Powerhouse explores what has been quietly forming you all along.
Power has become one of the most misunderstood ideas of our time.
We often measure it through achievement, influence, status, productivity, or the ability to control outcomes.
I've become interested in a different question.
What does it actually mean to live powerfully?
Powerhouse explores the ordinary moments, enduring questions, and surprising connections that shape how we live, lead, create, parent, believe, and contribute.
Sometimes that conversation begins with neuroscience.
Sometimes with Augustine.
Sometimes with a conversation after Mass.
Sometimes with traffic on Highway 101.
Because living powerfully isn't something we master.
It's something we learn to recognize.

Not interviews.
Not productivity hacks.
Not another show about becoming more successful.
Powerhouse is a place for thoughtful conversations about the ideas quietly shaping our lives.
Each episode begins with an ordinary observation before following it beneath the surface through philosophy, theology, leadership, psychology, systems thinking, and lived experience.
Because sometimes the smallest moments reveal the biggest truths.
Every episode begins somewhere.
Sometimes it's a question that stayed with me after Mass.
Sometimes it's something my son said.
Sometimes it's a conversation with a client.
Sometimes it's an article that made me stop and wonder.
These questions rarely arrive with answers. But they often lead somewhere worth exploring.
Conversations wander through...
Stewardship.
Leadership.
Faith.
Technology.
Parenthood.
Organizations.
Neuroscience.
Formation.
The strange ways ordinary moments reveal extraordinary truths.

For years I helped leaders build authority, navigate complexity, and create meaningful work.
Over time, I realized I was asking a deeper question.
Not how people become more successful.
But how they become more faithful to the life they've been entrusted to live.
Powerhouse grew out of that inquiry.

Most of us don't need more confidence.
We need a different understanding of power.
If these questions resonate with you, I'd love to have you along.
New conversations are released across Substack, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
There are no quick answers here. Only enduring questions worth returning to.
